EA Assistant/Office Manager

Our client is an independent growing organisation who work with retailers and influencers to create theatre and live experiences for fans to promote the brands they represent.

THE ROLE

  • Supporting the General Manager and CEO with administration
  • General office management
  • Researching companies online
  • Creating presentations for retailers
  • Diary management and travel bookings
  • Taking meeting notes and creating action plans for the team
  • Monitoring required follow up and ensuring it is done
  • Maintain documents, presentations and spreadsheets ensuring they are up to date with current information
  • Assist with the planning, management, development and delivery of trade shows
  • Managing the companys monthly newsletter as well as presence on various social networks, such as Instagram, and LinkedIn

Monday to Friday, 100% site based
Salary GBP30000-GBP35000 - TBA - depending on experience + benefits

This opportunity is ideal for someone who is looking for true diversification and variety in their daily role. The successful candidate must have proven experience of working in a similar EA/Office Management position with the following essential qualities:
Ability to prioritise tasks and handle multiple on-going projects.
Highly organised with exceptional administration skills.
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office including PowerPoint
Enthusiastic, self motivated with the ability to show initiative.
Motivated to learn and develop within a small but growing team.
