My client is a well-known Consulting firm based in central London. They seek a confident and experienced L&D Coordinator to join their team on a temporary basis for 6 months. This role offers an opportunity to work within a fantastic company and contribute to the smooth functioning of all departments.

Position Overview:

As an L&D Coordinator, you will ensure the events/training is running effectively on a day-to-day basis. You will be sending invites and tracking attendees, organise room bookings, and catering requests. The successful candidate must have prior L&D Coordinator/Events experience, excellent organizational skills, be proactive, and have a very strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

  • Organise room bookings and catering requests when required for in-person training.
  • Analyze workshop feedback and prepare slides with graphs and quantitative data points.
  • Dealing with stakeholders.
  • Support with administrative tasks for the team.
  • Work closely together with the L&D Manager to support the overall organisation.
  • Excel reporting.
  • Deliver on-the-ground support for in-person training sessions.
  • Looking for someone confident, switched on, and with attention to detail.

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • High attention to detail.
  • Someone willing to get stuck in.
  • Enthusiastic team player who is willing to contribute to the success.
