Due to an increasing volume of work, they are looking for a Building Surveyor with strong technical knowledge to provide practical solutions on and off site for a wide variety of clients.

The Role:
- Undertake condition surveys a prepare reports for a variety of purposes
- Write up specifications and schedules of work
- Provide design information to support our CAD technicians in preparing drawing packages
- Submitting Planning and Building Control Applications
- UK wide travel
The Person:
- Strong technical knowledge and building surveying experience, with a qualification in the built environment
- Full UK drivers license
