E- Retail Account Executive Salary £28,000 - £31,000

Location: West End

Hybrid Role: 4 days working in office, 1 day from home

A luxury beauty Retailer is looking for a E- Retail Account Executive to join their internal sales & marketing team in their new offices in the West End. You will be working closely with retailers to ensure the brand is well represented online, monitoring sales and stock levels and supporting with marketing campaigns to contribute to the grown and success of the company. This is a great opportunity for a E-Retail or Retail Account Manager that is proactive and driven for an opportunity to develop skills in marketing. Beauty experience would be advantageous but must have a strong interest in the Beauty industry

Duties include:

E-RETAILER SUPPORT

  • Execute key trading moments within a 360-market activation plan and liaise with Global Creative for trade activation assets
  • Help build engaging product pages and assist with new e-retailer launches, ensuring assets are correctly sized and named
  • Manage critical paths for all NPD launches, submitting necessary assets and new line forms.
  • Arrange GWP and sampling send-outs, and support UK marketing for the brand
  • Assist with digital components of third-party campaigns.

BRAND PERFORMANCE - SALES AND STOCK MONITORING

  • Review and ensure online stock availability, compiling weekly reports to prevent issues.
  • Monitor retailer trade, promotional activity, and ensure brand is correctly represented on e-retailer sites.
  • Coordinate with supply chain for sampling orders and NPD stock.

ONLINE BRAND OPTIMISATION

  • Maintain brands image across e-retail platforms, conducting quarterly audits and updating online retail sites with new assets.
  • Send product samples for retailer shoots, track exposure, and perform competitor analysis to improve brands online presence

MARKETING

  • Support in executing 360 marketing strategies including social media and asset production.
  • Monitor brand performance, trends, and competitive landscape, following up on sampling and beauty box orders.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Experience:

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in E-Retail or Account management in retail
  • Experience working for a luxury brand , ideally within beauty
  • Interested in keeping up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing, retailer's data analysis & insight
  • Strong computer skills required, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, especially Excel
  • Attention to detail and strong analytical skills with the ability to organise workload in the most effective manner
  • Creative and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
  • Resilient and flexible, able to handle multiple projects at one time
