A respected Construction Consultancy are actively searching for a motivated and dedicated Construction Project Manager to join their team at their London office.
The Construction Project Manager Role
In the role of Construction Project Manager, you will have the chance to engage in diverse construction sectors, focusing primarily on residential and education projects. Your responsibilities will span projects of varying scales within these sectors.
The proficient Construction Project Manager will take complete ownership of their projects, overseeing them through each stage. This involves actively participating in client meetings, offering and coordinating essential cost and planning guidance, and exploring alternative design and construction options.
Your duties will extend to conducting monthly valuations, overseeing extension of time claims, managing loss and expense claims, and providing mentorship to junior team members.
The Construction Project Manager
- FRICS, MRICS or AssocRICS or willing and able to work towards achieving the same
- Preferably a minimum 5 years' PQE in the property and construction industry
- Previous experience within a Construction Consultancy
- Extensive experience producing and administering construction contracts
- Clean drivers Licence
