An industry-leading producer of products for the salon and leisure markets is recruiting an Operations Director to join the Executive team at the Head Office and with responsibility for associated regional sites.
THE OPERATIONS DIRECTOR ROLE:
You will be responsible for supply chain, manufacturing, logistics and fulfilment operations.
- Own SOPs
- P&L responsibility
- Oversee daily operations
- Drive continuous improvement
- Capacity planning
- Production planning
- Health and Safety
- Minimise waste
- IT systems
- Managing outsourced and supply chain relationships
- Product compliance and quality control
- Stock control and forecasting
KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Experience in supply chain and manufacturing is essential
- Previous senior management experience, both in terms of financials and people
- Able to communicate and motivate people at all levels, from shop floor to board room
