As an Account Manager you will achieve agreed company forecasts, plans, targets, and budgets through new business development and by nurturing relationships with existing and new customers. Provide comprehensive insurance solutions for potential customers and manage their accounts once they are converted into clients. Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of customer requirements, ensuring their needs are consistently met.
The Role:
- Achieve all new business forecasts, plans, programs, and budgets in your respective area.
- Monitor performance against objectives, forecasts, plans, targets, and budgets, providing regular feedback to your manager.
- Assist in the development of new and existing clients to meet business objectives, forecasts, plans, targets, and budgets.
- Ability to identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling of products and services.
- Proficiency in presenting additional value to existing clients.
The Candidate:
- Relevant experience in a new business development role within the insurance industry.
- In-depth knowledge of insurance products, services, and market trends.
- Experience managing a portfolio of clients, including new business development and client retention.
- Experience implementing marketing strategies and using CRM systems.
- Experience in tracking performance metrics and reporting against targets.
