Join a Leading Law Firm in Milton Keynes On behalf of a leading law firm in Milton Keynes, we are seeking a talented and experienced Commercial Property Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years PQE to join their dynamic team.

About the Role The successful candidate will become an integral part of the growing Commercial Property Department, thriving in delivering high-quality work to a diverse and expanding client base. Key responsibilities include:

  • Freehold and Leasehold Acquisitions and Disposals: Managing the purchase and sale of commercial properties.
  • Landlord and Tenant Matters: Negotiating new and renewal leases, drafting ancillary documentation, handling 1954 Act applications, and advising on the implications of various documents.
  • Infrastructure Agreements: Drafting and advising on agreements related to property infrastructure.
  • Property-Related Construction Documentation: Handling all legal aspects of property-related construction documents.
