About the Role:
An exciting opportunity for a Senior Credit Controller to take charge of the entire credit control process, ensuring efficient management across multiple brands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee credit control processes and identify improvements.
- Manage customer payments, direct debit collections, and issue client statements.
- Handle disputes, negotiate settlements, and manage difficult accounts.
- Provide monthly reports on aged debtors and minimise bad debt risks.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years' experience in credit control and accounts receivable.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and maintain confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.
