We are a prestigious law firm based in Leeds, dedicated to providing exceptional legal services to our clients. We are currently seeking a professional and friendly Corporate Services Receptionist to join our team on a temporary basis, with the potential for a permanent position.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome clients and visitors with a warm and professional demeanour.
  • Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments.
  • Handle meeting room requests
  • Order catering for events
  • Handle mail and deliveries efficiently.
  • Maintain a tidy and organised reception area.
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred - ideally in professional services or legal
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A valid DBS check is required.
