Location: South-East London
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum
Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Site Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. Your role will encompass coordination, supervision, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage day-to-day operations on site.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety guidelines and company policies.
- Supervise subcontractors and site personnel.
- Monitor project progress and manage project schedules.
- Conduct quality control inspections.
- Liaise with clients, architects, and consultants.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager in the construction sector, preferably with exposure to flat roof and waterproofing projects.
- Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and quality standards.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
- Problem-solving aptitude with attention to detail.
- SMSTS and CSCS qualifications are desirable.
