Hours: 42 hours per week

Pay: £13.30 per hour

Shift: Days OR Nights

What you will be doing:

  • Leading a team of Care Assistants.
  • Managing the day-to-day needs of our residents.
  • Delivering the highest standard of care.
  • Ensuring all areas are kept clean and tidy.
  • Supporting family members and visitors.
  • Assisting with meals and daily activities.

What you need to succeed:

  • At least a minimum of 2 years' experience in delivering care

or as a Senior Care Assistant.

  • Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care (or willing

to sign up/ or working towards it)

  • Trained in medication administration.
  • Excellent people and customer service skills.
  • Ability to induct & supervise junior staff.
  • Time management skills to delegate tasks within a team.
  • Good communication skills – verbal (great communication

within the team and to other external professionals) and writing (ability to
write and maintain care plans) & digital skills.

  • Caring attitude.
  • Flexible and reliable.
