We are seeking a proactive and experienced Centre Manager to oversee the operations of our Serviced Office environments, ensuring the highest level of tenant satisfaction and operational excellence.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Business Development: Secure new business through effective sales processes, including viewings, quotations, and follow-ups.
- Tenant Support: Manage tenant move-outs, handle dilapidations swiftly, and ensure all building occupants comply with regulations.
- Operational Management: Issue parking permits, manage reception duties, oversee meeting room bookings, and maintain high standards of property upkeep.
- Team Collaboration: Provide support to the Head Office and work closely with the Compliance Manager to ensure all compliance standards are met.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Sales and Property Management Experience: Background in property letting or a similar commercial sector with a strong focus on sales.
- Customer Service Excellence: Proven ability to manage customer relationships and enhance tenant satisfaction.
- Strong Organisational Skills: Effective at diary management and multitasking across multiple sites.
- Compliance and Safety: Good understanding of Health & Safety, Fire Safety, and Asbestos regulations.
- Technical Proficiency: High level of computer literacy, especially in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
