- Have experience in lesson observations and providing constructive feedback.
- Be adept at improvement planning and implementing strategies to enhance student achievement, with a proven record of success.
- Contribute to the overall quality of learning and teaching within the curriculum.
- Show a proven track record of achieving excellent results at KS3/4.
- Have experience in high-quality pupil tracking and feedback practices.
