Customer Service Executive

Salary: up to £28,000 DOE

Location: Oxford

Overview:

To support their rapid growth, our Client is looking for bright and enthusiastic candidates who want to make an immediate impact to their business as a Customer Service Executive at their Facility in Oxford. Perfect role If you're passionate about delighting your customers and get a real kick out of delivering the very best customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face
  • Monitor and expedite customer orders through the business to ensure on time delivery
  • Proactively communicate late deliveries to customers
  • Liaise with customers to identify production requirements
  • Communicate customer production requirements to the Supply Chain Team agreeing customer delivery dates
  • Handle and respond efficiently to all general and order specific customer enquiries within 24 hours
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal and third-party stake holders
  • Facilitate customer responses across the business within a maximum of 24 hours
  • Prepare Management Reports
  • Process and manage customer orders via their MRP system

About you:

  • Experience of providing customer service in a Manufacturing or B2B role
  • A passion for delivering exceptional experiences for our customers
  • The ability to listen, empathise, build rapport and understanding for our customers
  • Someone who enjoys taking ownership of queries to get them resolved
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • A keen eye for detail
  • Excellent Computer Literacy skills and the confidence to learn new systems
  • Enjoys working in a team environment
