Our client, an industry leading manufacturer, is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Ecommerce Customer Adviser to join their team. As a trusted representative of the organisation, you will play a vital role in ensuring that customers have an unforgettable experience, addressing queries, resolving issues, and providing in-depth product knowledge.

Job Title: Ecommerce Customer Service Advisor

Location: Wakefield (Free onsite parking)

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5pm

Annual Salary: £23,946

What you'll be doing:

  • Providing best-in-class customer service by addressing a range of customer queries, including delivery issues, product insights, website navigation, and more.
  • Being the primary contact for customer inquiries generated via the organisation's website, serving as an ambassador for the brand.
  • Investigating and resolving customer concerns while considering brand impact and customer perception.
  • Collaborating with internal logistics and QA departments to ensure the smooth progression of customer orders.
  • Maintaining accurate order tracking and promptly processing refunds/exchanges.
  • Generating accurate and timely reports on customer contact KPIs to support management decision-making.
  • Identifying and reporting customer non-conformances while providing appropriate recommendations.
  • Supporting the customer service team during peak ecommerce periods.

What we're looking for:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to provide exceptional customer support.
  • Proven track record in a fast-paced customer service role within a busy office environment.
  • Ability to adapt communication style to meet the needs of customers.
  • Strong customer empathy to understand and resolve issues from the customer's perspective.
  • Previous experience within Ecommerce.
