I am currently supporting a thriving RIBA Chartered Architectural practice who have close to 50 years of experience being specialists within the residential, heritage and conservation sectors. They also work on retirement, hotels and leisure projects. Their close knit team have earnt themselves an excellent reputation for supporting their staff throughout their professional and career development, recognising that this is essential for their continued success. This dynamic, highly reputable practice work alongside a number of high profile repeat clients ensuring a range of exciting projects. this is an excellent opportunity for a passionate and talented Architect (Technical Bias) to join an award winning practice in Stow on the Wold.

I am delighted to be seeking a passionate Architect to join a successful architectural practice who have earnt themselves an excellent reputation for their beautifully crafted designs which are inspired by their stunning surroundings. They are specialists within the residential sectors but have a diverse large portfolio of exciting, complex and significant projects to be involved with. This dynamic practice pride themselves on a supportive, social and friendly working environment where progression thrives. You will be joining a 20+ strong team with a range of lifestyle benefits on offer. They are actively seeking a driven Architect to join their award winning practice in the picturesque setting in the Cotswolds.

The successful Architect will be technically minded ideally with strong Revit and AutoCAD Skills, experience working on high end residential and conservation projects and have keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities, skills and experience for the role of Architect (Technical Bias):

  • ARB/ RIBA registered
  • Substantial post part three qualification in a UK Architectural Practice
  • Proficiency with Revit is desired
  • Good knowledge of using AutoCAD
  • Experience working on residential projects including High end is essential
  • Proven record working on varying scales of projects small to large
  • Specialist knowledge of conservation and listed buildings projects
  • Live locally to the Cotswolds/ Gloucestershire area
  • Strong technical abilities
  • Experience across the RIBA stages
  • Passionate about breathing life back into old/ heritage buildings
  • Produce high quality technical drawings and construction packages
  • Boast design flare and creativity
  • Work well within a team
  • Keen to input to company growth
  • Proactive and positive mind set
