An innovative UK-based cultural organisation is currently in need of a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to provide cover for a six-month period and lead the FP&A Function. This hybrid role (with two days per week required in Central London) will be responsible for overseeing the month-end process, budgets and reforecasts and will manage a finance office and the relationships with the wider organisation. It will pay up to £60,000 per annum.
As the FP&A Manager your role will involve:
- Leading on the month-end management accounting process and providing insightful commentary
- Acting as a business-partner to management across the organisation, training them and influencing their approach to finance
- Setting up new templates and reporting on the Xero finance system
- Supporting organisational growth through the provision of financial analysis
- Continuous process improvement
- Liaising with an international (Asia-based) finance team
The ideal FP&A Manager will:
- Be a qualified accountant
- Have prior experience with and interest in working within the charity sector
- Have the ability to build relationships with, challenge and influence non-finance colleagues
- Have strong Excel and finance system skills
- Be available at short notice
