Our clients are offering the successful Sales Valuer the following:
- Up to £29,700 basic
- £50,000 OTE

Working hours:
As a Sales Valuer, you'll be required to work full-time including Saturdays on a rota basis.
Sales Valuer requirements:
- Have previous listing experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Ambitious and career-orientated
- Target-driven with a proven track record of achievement
- A car owner with a full UK driving license
Duties of the Sales Valuer will include, but not be limited to:
- Assisting the manager in developing the largest dominant market share for on-market and under-offer properties
- Producing high-quality marketing, including photographs, descriptions and web marketing
- Assisting the manager with the structure and organization of the office
- Providing exceptional customer service at all times
