The Opportunity Exciting news - our client is opening a brand-new store in Dalston, and they are looking for a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to lead their team! If you have a passion for fashion retail and a knack for leadership, this is the perfect role for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, train, supervise, and appraise store staff.
- Manage budgets, staff rotas, and ensure smooth daily operations.
- Handle customer queries and complaints with professionalism and care.
- Oversee stockroom management, ensuring effective replenishment and stock control.
- Maintain store presentation and visual merchandising standards.
- Liaise with peers and Head Office departments to ensure alignment with company goals.
- Uphold the highest housekeeping standards within the store.
Working Hours
- Monday: 8:30 am - 3:00 pm
- Tuesday: Day Off
- Wednesday: 8:30 am - 6:00 pm
- Thursday: 8:30 am - 3:00 pm
- Friday: 8:30 am - 6:00 pm
- Saturday: 8:30 am - 6:00 pm
- Sunday: Day Off
