As a Children's Residential Support Worker, you will be responsible for working closely with a group of young people living in a residential setting, where you'll provide hands-on and varied support.
Based in North Norfolk, this is a full time, permanent position working 38 hours per week. This opportunity offers a salary for £23,500 - £24,100 depending on experience and qualifications.

The day to day
- Providing a comprehensive support service, empowering and encouraging service users to reach their full potential, as well as implementing and monitoring care plans tailored for each individual.
- Maintaining strong working relationships with service users, families, and third party professionals and services to ensure a well-rounded and comprehensive support service.
- Ensuring compliance with company and legal regulations, as well as the safety of all service users in line with legislation.
You will have/be
- Experience working with children with learning disabilities and communication difficulties, within a residential environment.
- Strong communication & listening skills, being able to promote the voice of the child.
- Knowledge of regulations, legislations and procedures relevant to the role.
