As a Recruitment Resourcer, you'll be the heart of our recruitment team, ensuring the flow of great candidates. Your job is all about building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline, so our consultants can focus on working with clients and making successful placements. You'll team up with consultants to really get to know what each role needs, ensuring the candidates you find are the perfect fit for our clients.

About the Role:

  • Database Management: Keep the candidate database on Bullhorn up to date and well-organised, ensuring accurate data entry and classifying candidates for future opportunities.
  • Candidate Screening: Conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and suitability for specific roles.
  • Market Research: Stay on top of industry trends, market changes, and competitor activities to improve your sourcing strategies and find the best talent.
  • Building Talent Pools: Create and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates to be ready for both current and future job openings.
  • Candidate Care: Keep in regular contact with candidates, ensuring they have a positive and supportive experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Reporting: Regularly update the team with reports on your sourcing activities, candidate engagement, and the overall talent pipeline.

About you:

  • You're a highly motivated individual with a genuine passion for recruitment. You're an excellent communicator and a natural relationship builder, with strong interpersonal skills that allow you to connect with candidates easily.
  • Organisation is one of your strengths - you can manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously while keeping things running smoothly in a fast-paced environment.
  • You take a proactive approach to sourcing and networking with candidates, and you're familiar with using job boards, LinkedIn and eager to find top talent. You thrive under pressure, always meeting deadlines, and you're driven by both targets and results.
  • Curiosity and a willingness to learn are key to your success - you're coachable, a great listener, and wanting a career. Most importantly, you love the idea of connecting talented individuals with great companies, helping both sides succeed.

Benefits:

  • Career Progression: Advance your career with one of the UK's top recruitment consultancies, recognised by the Financial Times as one of the 'UK's Leading Recruiters 2024.'
  • Expert Training: Learn from experienced consultants with decades of recruitment expertise.

  • Exclusive Perks: Top achiever lunches, paid monthly socials, dress-down days, and a fully paid day off for volunteering.
  • Wellbeing Benefits: Free eye tests to support your health and comfort.
  • Sustainability Commitment: Join a company committed to making a difference, with a goal of becoming carbon neutral and B-Corp by 2025.
