Position: Office Manager

Location: Westminster, London

Salary: £25,000 to £40,000 per annum (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the school office, ensuring efficient and smooth administrative processes.
  • Lead and support a team of administrative staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Act as the first point of contact for parents, staff, and visitors, providing excellent customer service and clear communication.
  • Manage school budgets, process invoices, and handle payroll, ensuring financial accuracy and compliance.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential student and staff records, adhering to data protection regulations.
  • Coordinate school events, meetings, and appointments, ensuring all logistical details are handled effectively.
  • Oversee the procurement of office supplies and educational resources, managing inventory and supplier relationships.
  • Ensure the school complies with all relevant health, safety, and educational regulations.
  • Address and resolve any issues that arise within the office, using your initiative and resourcefulness.
