Our administration team provides invaluable support that helps ensure we deliver the best experience for our clients.
We're looking for an Administrator to join our fulfilment team - someone who understands the importance of delivering on deadline with accuracy and efficiency and, ideally, with a smile!
Key tasks include:
- Posting jobs online and across social media
- Proofreading and copy-editing advert content
- Performing media research
- Booking media space and negotiating rates
- Database updates, answering switchboard calls and greeting visitors.
You'll have:
- An exceptional grasp of the English language
- Excellent proofreading skills
- A calm, proactive and methodical approach to your work
- Fantastic communication skills
- An amazing ability to prioritise in a high-pressure environment.
