The Opportunity:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Self-Employed Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a market leader in Financial Services recruitment, offering the flexibility to work remotely or on a hybrid basis.
What You Will Do:
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates in the Financial Adviser space.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from client and candidate engagement to candidate placement and onboarding.
- Use your industry knowledge to provide expert advice and guidance to both clients and candidates.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet client needs.
- Identify and source high-quality candidates through various channels.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidate suitability for roles.
