Sales Operations and Planning Administrator

Due to continued growth, we have a newly created Sales Operations and Planning Administrator role, to join us on a 6-month fixed-term contract. Your role would be to support introducing a new ERP system while maintaining and updating data as new features and processes are implemented. You would also manage administrative support for the Sales Operations and Sales Planning teams. Attendance at commercial team meetings, minute-taking, and assisting with dealer finance claims are also key components of the role. You will be instrumental in ensuring the accuracy of stock moves, particularly with several upcoming launches on the horizon. You will play a crucial role in transferring vehicles from launch accounts to dealer accounts, requiring meticulous diligence. This role is varied and fast-paced, with responsibilities ranging from raising purchase orders to assisting with data-related tasks across various systems. To excel in this position, you will need to be confident, approachable, calm under pressure, tenacious, and driven. You will have excellent communication abilities, pay attention to detail, and can work efficiently, effectively, and quickly.The Key Requirements...

For the right candidate on the job training will be provided. This is a full-time hybrid role working Monday – Thursday 8:30am – 5pm and Friday 8am -3:30pm, with the expectation to be in the Gaydon office 3 days a week.
