Diverse role, with duties ranging:
- Working in an after sales/customer care role where you will liaise with customers all around the UK regarding products, processing sales, and delivering after-sales support
- Coordinating delivery/shipment/logistics processes when necessary
- Arranging customer site visits
- Speaking with customers over the phone, but mainly over email
- Sending out quotes and raising invoices
- Ordering stock
- Coordinating between different teams to organise meetings and prepare documents, gather customer presentation documents, and ad hoc other projects
