Harnham is hiring a Lead Data Quality Analyst for a large financial organisation. The role involves managing a small team while implementing strong data quality frameworks across the business.
THE COMPANY:
This role is for a large financial organisation that is currently going through a large data quality transformation. The company is invested in making sure that its data is maintained to a high quality and has developed a culture based on personal growth. This Data Quality Lead will be managing a small team while reporting to the Data Director.
THE ROLE:
As a Lead Data Quality Analyst you will be managing a small team within the organisation. This team is relatively junior so they are looking for the right person to mentor and manage these analysts. You will also work with various stakeholders across the business to implement data quality rules and policies. This role will work with director-level stakeholders so you will need to be a strong communicator.
