About the Job:
We're looking for a friendly and organised Customer Service Coordinator to join a busy and friendly team on the outskirts of Malvern - free parking available!
Here's what you'll be doing:
Keeping the system up-to-date with sales orders, and making sure all documents and invoices are sorted.
Checking and sharing import documents to meet port deadlines.
Handling port and duty clearance entries to ensure products arrive on time and avoid extra costs - full training provided
Sending out clearance and delivery instructions in advance.
Doing weekly stock checks and fixing any discrepancies.
About You:
Super organised and a quick decision-maker.
Able to juggle tasks and prioritise effectively.
Some knowledge or experience in Supply Chain and Logistics is a bonus but not necessary.
