About the role
We have a brand new opportunity at our Kemsley Paper Mill for a Multi Skilled Craft Engineer to join us and contribute to a high-perfoming team. As part of of the Engineering Craft team, you'll work on a diverse range of engineering maintenance and project activities, maintaining high safety standards at all times.
In this role, you'll support our preventative maintenance strategy, undertaking work of a predictive natures in compliance with engineering standards and procedures. You'll be using your knowledge and experience to repair and replace components, and collaborating with the team to ensure we're better able to predict and deal with any unexpected issues.
We'll also ask you to monitor performance and effectiveness of assets to identify areas for continuous improvement. By continually developing an environment that promotes constructive involvement and engagement in the Engineering team, we believe that the right candidate in this position will help us deliver a world-class service in a fast-paced environment so that we can continue to delight our customers and grow our business.
Note: This role is part of a callout rota, you will be on call 1 week out of every 5 with the expectation that you'll provide support on any escalated issues.

- Significant mechanical engineering experience
