Are you a numbers person by day, but creative at heart? A rapidly expanding, luxury design company is looking for a Finance Manager who will bring finance from behind the computer, to the heart of the business.
The business has experienced phenomenal double digit growth, which is set to continue and as a result, now require a Finance Manger to join them and partner closely with the leadership team to help support and drive commercial decision making.
Finance Manager - The Role
- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
- Prepare and analyse financial reports, including budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics.
- Developing and improving on existing Power BI scorecards
- Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions and strategic planning.
- Manage cash flow and working capital to optimize financial performance.
- Oversee financial systems and processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Collaborate with creative, sales and operations teams to drive revenue growth and profitability
- Conduct financial modelling and analysis to support new business initiatives and investments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Finance Manager – The Person
- Qualified CIMA, ACCA or ACA
- Must have prior management accounts experience and evidence of business partnering
- Experience working for fast paced businesses
- Experience working for an SME
- Solutions driven and adaptable
Finance Manger – The Package
- Salary £55,000 - £65,000
- Hybrid working - split between London and Winchester
