Finance Assistant

A successful company based in Watford is looking to grow its team.

Your new role

  • Build and assist with new finance processes as required
  • Provide and demonstrate cost cross-reference checks i.e. PO's raised / accurals
  • Responsible for All invoicing and PO related Customer Service Sub-divisions
  • Obtain cost analysis of current contracts
  • Provide administration support as and when required for all departments.
  • Provide support and consistent links to the client base and other departments at all times.
  • Ensure all customer requests are responded to and dealt with in an effective, efficiently and in a timely manner.
  • Answer any incoming telephone calls / emails as required

What you'll need to succeed

This position requires a dynamic and proactive person with a can-do attitude to assist the Service Delivery Team in overseeing administration assistance and support to all customers, engineering staff and all others within the business to ensure that the levels of customer "aftercare" are achieved to the required company standards.
