Quality Inspector Job Details & Benefits;
- £460 per week to start with the potential of rising to £558.40 per week when permanent which includes a weekly production bonus
- 8 hours shifts Monday to Friday starting between 7am-8am - Set shift
- Monday to Friday - Paid for 40 hours standard as your breaks are paid!

Quality Inspector Job Details;
- To ensure manufacturing teams are producing products that conform to the established required standard on a daily basis
- Complete Lab work which includes making daily concrete cubes and cylinders and testing the concrete products
- Checking moulds against issued drawings to ensure conformity
- Ensure all reinforced steel work is appropriate to the drawings
- All necessary paperwork is complete fully and correctly
- Complete checks to ensure product conforms to acceptable tolerances
- Ensure the correct product label is applied with a quality label and sign off
- All repairs are completed with the correct material to the required standard
- Completing random checks on loads and fittings prior to dispatch
- Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness at all times
Quality Inspector Person Specification;
- Good comprehension of Mathematics with the ability to measure with various equipment and to accepted tolerances
- Familiar with measuring equipment - verniers / calipers / tapes etc
- IT literate
- Previous experience in a Quality role is preferred but not essential
- Good readable clear handwriting
- A strong eye for detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Comfortable with handling conflict and resolutions
- Methodical with a scientific approach to work
- Highly organised
- Excellent team player who is honest and self-motivated
