A friendly and growing business based near Hitchin and Stevenage is looking for an Accounts Assistant who is particularly strong with Accounts Payable to join their extremely friendly Finance team to help them through a busy period.
Main responsibilities for the Accounts Assistant will be:
- Daily reconciliation of payments
- Processing supplier stock invoices
- Responsible for processing employee credit card expenses, including reconciling accounts, chasing outstanding credit card submissions, and downloading expense reports
- Cover other finance duties when other team members are absent
You will:
- Have Accounts Payable experience
- Have experience processing expenses
- Have strong Excel skills
- Be able to be in the office 2 days per week
