HR Systems Administrator

Reed HR have partnered with a leading utilities company based in Horley who are seeking a passionate HR Systems Administrator to join their HRIS team. In this role you will be responsible for supporting with data requests, system maintenance and ongoing analytical work. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented and eager to develop their system skills and deepen their understanding of HR procedures. This role is being offered as a 12 month fixed-term contract covering a secondment within the team.

The HR Systems Administrator will...

  • HR data requests, by use of the reporting systems. You will be able to manipulate the data using excel and provide the data requested format that adds value.
  • Ongoing maintenance and curiosity with associated data held within the HR Systems
  • Support with enhancing how we provide key data to the business.
  • Triage, escalate & resolve queries received to the HR Systems Team contact points.
  • Support with the back-office administration tasks, such as invoicing and relevant IT requests.
  • Support the Senior HR Systems Analyst with improvements and enhancements across HR's Systems

The successful HR Systems Administrator will have...

  • Previous experience using reporting tools.
  • Intermediate excel skills.
  • Strong administrative skills.
  • Ability to prioritise workload and meet business demands.
  • Experience using Oracle would be an advantage.
  • Experience within previous HR roles.
