Our client is seeking a highly motivated, efficient and personable Viewing agent in the Banchory and Stonehaven area.
Responsibilities Include:
- Conduct property viewings for the sales department.
- Assist with on-site queries and maintain regular communication with branch offices.
- Record feedback on comment sheets.
- Perform property checks on vacant properties, including meter readings, removing mail and reporting back to the office.
- Remove 'for sale' signs when required.
- Conduct mail runs between branches and deliver items to clients as required.
- Undertake minor maintenance work and other ad hoc duties as necessary.
Hours:
This is a job share position, with each partner working 21 hours per week as follows:
- Week One: Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays from 11:00 to 19:00, including a 1-hour lunch break.
- Week Two: Mondays and Tuesdays from 11:00 to 19:00, and Saturdays from 09:00 to 17:00, including a 1-hour lunch break.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Previous experience as a Viewing Agent is not essential, as training will be provided.
- Applicants must possess a full, clean, manual driver's licence recognised in the UK and have excellent local knowledge of Aberdeenshire.
- Excellent client relation and communication skills are essential.
- A friendly, helpful, and professional manner is required.
