Office Manager - Doncaster

We are currently seeking an organised and detail-orientated office manager/ senior office admin to provide support in a versatile environmental and H/S management role. This is a permanent job opportunity working for a well-established business based on the outskirts of Doncaster.

Preferred experience with in the waste management industry, however this client will also look at experience candidates from other backgrounds who are happy to go through training programs and gain relevant qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaising with customers and councils
  • Scrutinising and producing invoices for the invoicing department
  • Keeping track of documentation and purchasing costs for the site
  • Producing spreadsheets for the invoicing department
  • Completing new customer and supplier documentation
  • Working alongside the weighbridge officer and general manager
  • Compliances and Auditing
  • Health and Safety
  • Record staff contracts and absences/leave

The ideal candidate:

  • Must have experience within a similar role as an office manager or have experience within a senior administrator role
  • Experience within the waste management industry is preferred but not essential.
  • Happy to go through relevant qualifications paid by the business to up your skillset.
  • Looking for a long term stable career
  • Happy to work within other departments when needed.
  • Experience working within a waste/composting environment - desired but not essential

This is a permanent job opportunity direct through the business, the salary is £25,000-£32,000 depending on experience and will be discussed upon interview stage. This role is 40 hours a week across 4 days, one week you will work Monday to Thursday and the week after you will work Tuesday to Friday. Both of these patterns are 7am-17:00pm.
