They are looking for a strategic leader with a deep understanding of investments who can lead a team effectively, drive content creation aligned with marketing objectives and foster a collaborative and inclusive workplace culture.
The candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders to meet commercial needs.
As the Head of Content, you will lead a team of content managers in creating impactful material across various media channels to drive our global marketing communications strategy. This role involves also supporting our RFP and internal communications functions.
Key responsibilities of Head of Content:
- Crafting a strategic vision and demonstrating strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Fostering creativity and intellectual curiosity while possessing a deep understanding of financial markets, investment themes, and products.
- Leading a team to deliver compelling content aligned with our marketing and communications objectives.
- Providing strategic guidance, fostering career development, and promoting a collaborative workplace culture.
- Supporting the firms proposals function by enhancing output quality and ensuring compelling and consistent messaging.
- Collaborating with senior stakeholders to guide activity and meet commercial needs.
- Partnering with Marketing colleagues to achieve positive client and business outcomes.
- Ensuring compliance with all Consumer Duty accountabilities and maintaining divisional standards.
- Demonstrating a strong risk and conduct culture and managing the team in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications/Experience required of Head of Content:
- BA/BS in English, Economics, Finance, or Marketing (or a comparable degree) is highly desirable.
- Experience leading a team
- Experience creating content across different media at an asset manager
