The Company:

Our client is dedicated to providing professional Estate Agency services to their clients.

With office based across the Derbyshire & Leicestershire regions, we are looking for a detail-oriented and organised Valuations Administrator to join their team.

Job Description:

As a Valuations Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting the Professional Valuations team in delivering accurate and timely property valuations. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the valuation process and maintaining high standards of service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation and coordination of property valuations.
  • Liaise with clients, surveyors, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information.
  • Maintain and update valuation records and databases.
  • Prepare valuation reports and documentation for clients.
  • Schedule and manage appointments for property inspections and valuations.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to the valuation process, including data entry and filing.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to clients and team members.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within the Estate Agency or Property sector.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using office software and databases.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling data and documentation.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of property valuation processes and terminology is a plus.
