- Ensure the relevant HR database is up to date, accurate and complies with legislation.
- Supporting the implementation of the onboarding process
- Participate in HR projects, like help to organise training sessions and workshops.
- Liaise with recruitment agencies and candidates.
- Management of attendance processes
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
Profile
A successful HR Administrator should have:
- A degree in Human Resources or a related field.
