What will you be doing?
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates within a fast-paced environment.
- Conducting thorough interviews and assessments to identify the best-fit candidates, balancing expectations of both clients and candidates.
- Collaborating with the team to develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Staying informed about industry trends and market conditions.
- Daily social networking and advertising of vacancies
- Working with our bespoke database ensuring all information is fully up to date and accurate.
- Meeting and greeting clients and candidates both online and Face to Face.
- Target driven goals, empathising the need for consistent performance.
- Attend networking events.
