A welcoming and inclusive primary school in the heart of Brent is seeking dynamic and committed Primary Teachers to join their team from September. The school has opportunities across both Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, and welcomes applications from Early Career Teachers (ECTs) as well as experienced Primary Teachers.
The Role
As a Primary Teacher, you will take full ownership of your class, planning and delivering engaging, purposeful lessons that spark curiosity and drive progress. You'll be committed to creating a positive and inclusive learning environment where every child feels supported and challenged.
The role involves:
- Independently planning, preparing, and delivering high-quality lessons across the primary curriculum
- Assessing and monitoring pupil progress to ensure all learners achieve their full potential
- Creating a classroom culture built on respect, encouragement, and high expectations
- Collaborating with colleagues to share best practice and contribute to whole-school development
- Building strong relationships with pupils, staff, and parents to support each child's learning journey
Whether working in Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2, you'll bring energy, creativity, and a passion for helping children succeed. Strong classroom management and a solid grasp of the curriculum are key, alongside a reflective approach and a willingness to grow within a supportive team environment.
