Credit Controller - Hybrid

We are pleased to be working with an excellent, reputable company based in Leeds, City Centre who are looking for an experienced Credit Controller to join them on a full time, permanent basis.

This will be a standalone role within the finance team, you will be reporting into the finance manager, but will attend finance meetings to provide reports and updates on the ledger/debt.

Duties will include:

  • Chasing payments via telephone and email across all sites
  • Performing credit checks for new applicants
  • Opening new accounts
  • Processing weekly debtor downloads for management meetings
  • Raising invoices and credit notes
  • Supplier statement reconciliations
  • Dealing with insurance claims
  • Matching invoices to credits
  • Reconciliation of cash and posting to the ledger
  • Other adhoc duties
