A reputable organisation based in the Stourbridge area is looking to secure a Credit Controller on a temporary to permanent basis.
Duties will include:
- High volume of invoicing
- Setting up new accounts and credit checking
- Dealing with credit insures and renewing monthly accounts
- Sorting customer invoicing queries
- Dealing with export invoicing and procedures
- Chasing overdue invoices and sending copies
- Putting customers into debt collectors and dealing with credit insures regarding escalation
The successful candidate will :
- Proven experience in credit control
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel
