Laboratory Technician

Reed Scientific are working with a growing Biotech in Cambridge who currently have an opening within one of their laboratory teams. This is a great opportunity to join a company who invest time with their staff to help develop skills and build their career.
Duties of the role will include:
- Preparing buffers, media and gels
- Assisting with the maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment
- Management of laboratory stock and consumables
- Supporting with additional laboratory based tasks
Skills and experience required:
- BSc in a Life Science field
- Understanding of laboratory SOPs
- Good laboratory skills including preparation of buffers and stock solutions
- Previous experience of working with a Quality Management System would be advantageous
