Do you have an unmatched passion for sales? As our Smart Home Security Area Development Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in driving brand awareness and training in store teams on the latest product range.

This is an initial 3 month fixed term contract until January 2025

Your mission: empower our in-store teams to become sales champions, showcasing the latest in smart home security products.

Your expertise will guide customers towards informed purchasing decisions. With a laser focus on influencing sales, you'll leverage your product knowledge, conduct dynamic training sessions, with a proactive approach to lead generation.

WHAT YOU'LL BE UP TO ENHANCED

TRAINING PROGRAMMES

  • Develop and deliver engaging training sessions, ensuring our teams are proficient in the nuances of smart home security products
  • Lead by example through the execution of effective sales strategies, generating increased revenues and customer engagement

DRIVE SALES GROWTH

  • Promote and sell home security products.
  • Through your product knowledge and engaging style, you'll inspire and equip store teams to exceed sales targets

SALES & TRAINING

  • Lead engaging in-store sales training activities.
  • Demonstrate how to achieve sales targets through, highlighting the advantages of our product offerings

PRODUCT DEMONSTRATIONS

  • Demonstrate product expertise, clearly explaining the unique features and benefits to both customers and store teams
  • Demonstrate return on investment to the customer by upselling a range of compatible products

AREA MANAGEMENT

  • Working across a region to influence multiple stores and stakeholders to drive store engagement
  • Ensure seamless customer handovers across your region to ensure customer engagement, retention, and recommendations.
  • Keeping accurate training records, able to plan and structure your working week across a geographic region

  • You're a product advocate: Committed to showcasing and emphasising the best features of a product range. Proven experience in increasing sales. Ideally with a background in selling the latest tech products
  • You're an articulate communicator: Skilled in conveying ideas and responding to questions clearly
  • You've got a customer-centric focus: A strong advocate for delivering outstanding customer experiences, setting the standard of excellence every time
  • You'll have a full UK driver's licence and access to a vehicle

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM US

  • Competitive Salary: £30,000 Per Annum
