Description
- Welcome visitors by greeting, directing, and announcing them appropriately.
- Answer, screen, and forward any incoming phone calls in a professional manner.
- Maintain security by following procedures, monitoring logbook, and issuing visitor badges.
- Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers.
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing.
- Coordinate building management and maintenance tasks.
- Assist in scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

A successful Receptionist/Concierge should have:
