Job Title: Water Hygiene Engineer
Location: Luton, Bedfordshire.

Independent and privately owned Water Hygiene / Legionella company who work across Public and Private sectors, providing the full range of Water Hygiene / Legionella management services. They are now seeking to take on a Water Hygiene Engineer to join their established team in the South East region. You will be responsible for carrying out a mixed range of L8 compliance duties, inducing but not limited to: legionella sampling, temperature monitoring, TMV servicing, and flushing of little used outlets in line with HSG 247 / ACoP L8 guidelines. Experience & Qualifications:
" Experience working on a mixed portfolio of sites for an established Water Hygiene / Legionella company.
" Able to demonstrate excellent working knowledge of HSG 274 / ACoP L8 guidelines.
" Excellent IT skills, familiar using onsite logbooks.
" Able to organise workload efficiently.
The Role:
" Legionella sampling and temperature monitoring.
" TMV servicing and failsafe testing.
" CWST cleans and disinfections.
" Carrying out showerhead cleans and descales.
" Closed system sampling and analysis.
" Dosing closed systems with correct chemicals.
" Flushing of little used outlets.
" Ensuring work is carried out in line with HSG 274 / ACoP L8 guidelines.
" Updating onsite logbooks upon completion of carrying out L8 compliance duties.
