Job Description:

Recruit UK is working on an excellent opportunity for an Employee Benefits Administrator to join a prestigious and successful, boutique IFA. This is a firm with a genuine focus on work-life balance and ethical practices

This role will develop your technical skills; you'll be carrying out administration for member meetings, contacting providers and writing annual review reports.

The company has a strong reputation as a leading Midlands firm of Chartered Independent Financial Advisers, they offer a full range of financial and tax-efficient solutions and advice on investment portfolios, pension and tax planning and wealth management solutions.

This role will involve but not be limited too:

  • Providing administration support to the Group Pension and Risk consultants
  • Helping consultants to increase business income
  • New business processing
  • Scheme renewal, payment files, compliance preparation and general administration duties
  • Working closely with insurance companies and pension providers

Skills and experience required:

  • Employee benefits/pensions admin experience (essential)
  • Team player attitude
  • Strong communication skills
  • Knowledgeable in pensions
