This boutique firm of accountants based in South West London are looking for someone who is qualified, early qualified or qualified by experience to look after a portfolio of clients. Working closely with the partner, you will be exposed to a wide range of duties including projects which the partner may be working on, in turn making you into more than just an accountant but an all round business advisor.
This is a client facing role and you will liaise regularly with clients, reporting directly to partners.
Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Preparation of Statutory Accounts
- Preparation of Management Accounts
- Preparation and Review of VAT returns
- Preparation of personal tax returns
- Preparation of corporation tax returns
- Preparation of EIS returns
- Ad-hoc projects as required by clients
- Acting as a major point of contact for clients
You will:
Hold a recognised accounting qualification, be close to qualifying or qualified by experience
Have experience working in a firm of accountants
Good understanding of FRS105 and FRS102
Able to prepare personal and corporate tax returns
Able to prepare and review VAT returns
